As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the face of our company—guiding homeowners through the roofing process with trust, transparency, and confidence. From initial inspections to closing the deal, you’ll manage the sales pipeline while delivering an unmatched customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residential roofing clients
- Conduct roof inspections and identify customer needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, warranties, and the insurance process
- Generate estimates, present proposals, and close contracts
- Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline through our CRM
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project handoff and completion
- Represent Certified Best Roofing at community events and local partnerships
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience (roofing or construction industry preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with in-person and phone-based selling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
