BarkHaven Dog Calendar Launch Party

Vendor Details:
• Vendor fee:  $100 (payable the day of the event)
• Setup:  Begins at 11 AM
• Tear-down:  No tear-downs before 3 PM. All vendors are welcome to stay later if they’d like!
• Dogs:  Vendors may bring up to two dogs. Day pass fees will be waived!
• Registration:  All dogs must be registered ahead of time here 👉  https://barkhaven.mybarkpass.com/#
• Booths:  Vendors can sell items if that is part of your business. Dog-themed giveaways at your booth are also more than welcome!

🎅 Special Appearance:
Santa and The Grinch will be on-site from 12–3 PM for festive photo ops with pups and their people! 📸

Please note:
🐶 Vendors cannot bring dogs that are up for adoption, as our partner Florida Bulldog Rescue will have several adoptable pups on-site.

🛍️ We can provide tables and chairs upon request, or you’re welcome to bring your own setup (including tents).

Space is limited!
We have 17 vendor spots available, and they’ll be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure a great mix of businesses, we’re avoiding vendor overlap. Once a category is filled, it’ll be closed out.

We’re expecting a few hundred attendees and a fun, dog-loving crowd. It's going to be a pawsome day! 🐕💛
