Project Manager



Location: Oviedo, FL (Serving Central Florida)

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and scheduling to final inspection. You’ll work closely with homeowners, crews, and suppliers to ensure every roof we install meets the Certified Best standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential roofing projects from contract to completion
  • Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely execution
  • Oversee material deliveries and job site readiness
  • Perform pre- and post-job inspections to ensure quality control
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and maintain satisfaction
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally on-site
  • Ensure job site safety and cleanliness at all times
  • Track project progress and update internal systems


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience (roofing or construction preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with homeowners and subcontractors
  • Proficient with project management software or CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
