We’re wagging with excitement to put together the Certified Best Roofing 2026 Dog Calendar—and we want your pup in it! We’ll be hand-picking the top 12 photos from community submissions to star in each month of the calendar. Whether your dog is a dignified snoozer or a zoomies champion, we can’t wait to see their personality shine.
How it works
- Choose or snap a photo. High-quality JPG/PNG is best (aim for 3000px+ on the long side; landscape orientation preferred).
- Complete the form below. Add your contact info, your dog’s name, and check the consent box.
- Submit! Our team will review entries and select the 12 feature photos for the calendar.

- Landscape orientation (fits calendar pages better).
